Advance booking is strongly recommended to guarantee your preferred time slot, therapist, and treatment. We do accommodate walk-ins subject to therapist and room availability.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session. This provides sufficient time to complete your consultation form, change into spa attire, and unwind before your treatment begins.
We request at least 4 to 6 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee or require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
